The DZ-GT-AF1500 is a heavy-duty gantry type intelligent polishing machine featuring an automatic programmable feed system for high-efficiency surface finishing. The robust gantry structure spans the entire work area, carrying single or dual polishing heads that traverse across large stone slabs or metal plates up to 1500*3000mm.

Controlled by an advanced microcomputer system, the machine stores multiple polishing recipes with adjustable parameters including feed rate, head pressure, spindle speed, and polishing sequence. The automatic polishing cycle eliminates manual intervention — simply load the workpiece, select the program, and the machine completes the entire finishing process unattended.
